With Box.net, We’ve Got You Covered (inside *and* outside the box)
by Yori Nelken on December 9, 2009Since we launched our service for running great meetings earlier this fall our users provided us with a lot of great feedback. One of the most-requested features is the ability to share and collaborate on important files related to a meeting, all within TimeBridge. We searched for the best-of-breed productivity tool to answer this call.
Box.net was the clear winner to power our new file-sharing and collaboration functionality. It can now be found within our brand new Meeting Room, fully loaded with recently added Action Items and collaborative Agenda features. The Box capabilities are integrated directly into the meeting flow within TimeBridge, and our users can either quickly create a new Box account (it takes 7 seconds on average to sign up via TimeBridge), or link an existing account. Box users for their part can also create meetings right from within the box interface using OpenBox extensions. Schedule a meeting to collaborate on any file including documents, spreadsheets, presentations and images effective immediately.
Now, you can quickly navigate through tabs in TimeBridge’s new meeting room, and upload/download files:
To easily schedule a meeting from within box… enable TimeBridge on OpenBox and then click on the blue arrow to the right of the file or folder you want to collaborate on:
then select “Schedule Meeting with TimeBridge” from the dropdown, and follow the prompts:
We want TimeBridge to provide solutions for all your meeting needs and give you access to the great services and applications you’re accustomed to. This is just another way that TimeBridge, with some great help from our friends at Box.net, ensure that no stone is left unturned to aid you in preparing for and leading great meetings. We’d love to hear how it works for you, and which other great services you want to see integrated into TimeBridge in the coming weeks and months.
