You may not know that TimeBridge has a leading development team in Israel working hard to expand, fine-tune and maintain TimeBridge’s services so that your calendars and meetings are always supported and scheduled seamlessly.
Today we’re announcing a strategic addition to our International operations – Eitan Cohen has joined TimeBridge as VP of Engineering and will also serve as General Manager of the Israeli office. In this role Eitan now heads up product development and operations, and will play a key role in continuing to expand and bolster our service. Eitan has a strong background in technology and brings to the company extensive executive management experience in product management, development and customer support.
Eitan is a great addition to the growing TimeBridge entourage. He brings the exact forward-thinking leadership we love and require as we look forward to upcoming developments. Welcome to the team, Eitan!

Tonight Google launched a huge initiative for the more than two million Google Apps customers – Welcome Google Apps Marketplace. It’s essentially a web app store that brings together Google-integrated web tools so Google Apps customers can discover, purchase and deploy integrated business applications and related professional services.
What is even more exciting for us, TimeBridge is part of this highly exclusive launch! This is a terrific opportunity for a few reasons.
First off, we have over 20,000 businesses already using TimeBridge to schedule and run great meetings within their organizations. Now we will be available to over 2 million Google Apps businesses and their over 20 million users who can access and enable TimeBridge on their company’s entire Google Apps domain bringing better collaboration and team efficiency. Secondly, we are also closely integrated with Google Cal, not only connecting users’ calendars, but we also have a TimeBridge Google Gadget that lives inside our users’ Google Calendars and allows them see if their TimeBridge contacts are free or available to meet for fast, simple scheduling straight from the Google Cal environment. Lastly, we’ve also recently added Google’s OpenID which, once enabled, all users on a company domain have full single-sign-on service between TimeBridge and Google.
In the Google Apps Marketplace, businesses can access TimeBridge’s full suite of meeting productivity tools, including simple scheduling, cross-calendar and time zone support, in addition to unlimited access to TimeBridge’s robust phone and web-conferencing that comes with a 30-day free trial.
It’s great to join the ranks of other Google-connected products and give folks yet another channel to find and use TimeBridge for faster scheduling and great meetings.

This Saturday I will be taking part in an online event called the National Real Estate Cyber Convention & Expo. Despite its title, this web-only event (taking place all week), and my session specifically, should be interesting to anyone associated with the real estate industry, and even those who aren’t. My session, “Thinking Outside the Inbox,” will be conducted with Bay Area realtor Maureen Kennedy and focus on how real state pros can use the web to be more productive and just work smarter.

As the world moves increasingly online, how can the real-estate industry bring its inherently very physical market to the web – and vice versa. While wikis, social networking profiles and other Web tools are increasingly reliable and relevant to the business day-to-day, email remains the go-to “killer app” for management of business needs, customer interactions and work-flow management. The problem is that email isn’t always a great way to connect, coordinate and get things done–especially for real estate professionals. In this session, panelists Yori Nelken (CEO of TimeBridge) and Bay Area realtor, Maureen Kennedy, will discuss how to leverage the best suite of productivity web tools to replace email as a principle vehicle for productivity, and bringing your specific business online.
Again, I think everyone will find the short presentation educational and informative, even those not in real estate. In mid-January we let you know about the terrific addition of Evernote to our Meeting Room, which received overwhelmingly positive response from our users. It was another in a long line of partners and new features we’ve been adding to make TimeBridge your go-to resource for scheduling and running great meetings. This Thursday, we’ll be taking part in Evernote’s “Notable Tech” event (6pm-9pm PT) at 111 Minna in downtown San Francisco.
TimeBridge will be in good company at the event, as Evernote showcases some of their most important partnerships.

MeetWith.Me™ personalized availability links give our users the ability to share their availability across their social channels. This personalized URL lets colleagues and friends see busy and available time-blocks on users’ schedules so they know when the user is free to meet. (Feel free to take a look at mine to see what it’s like– http://meetwith.me/yori.) Visitors can suggest up to five potential times to meet and the calendar owner can choose whichever time works best. MeetWith.Me also enables the option to set customized “business hours” to control availability time frames for potential meetings. MeetWith.Me can be socialized across the following social networks and outlets:
- LinkedIn page
- Email signature
- Facebook page
- Instant message profile or status
- Blog profile
- Twitter profile, status, @ reply or Direct Message
Additionally, we’re also rolling out our new integration with LinkedIn that lets users quickly acquaint themselves with fellow attendees and connect over their professional LinkedIn network.
